Ultraschall (low-intensity pulsed ultrasound = LIPUS) erzeugt eine Vielzahl von physiologischen Wirkungen und eignet sich dadurch zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Regeneration des K\u00f6rpers. Neben der unmittelbaren Einwirkung auf das Gewebe durch mechanischen Druck und Teilchenbewegung wird eine zus\u00e4tzliche \u201einnere\u201c mechanische Wirkung von ausgel\u00f6sten Sekund\u00e4reffekten, wie Kavitation und Mikrostr\u00f6mungen beschrieben, die auch als \u201eMikromassage\u201c bezeichnet werden kann. Ungewollte \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige lokale \u00dcberhitzungen, z.B. an der Knochenhaut, k\u00f6nnen durch korrekte Applikation vermieden werden. Verfahrensbedingt kann es zu einer leichten oberfl\u00e4chlichen Hauterw\u00e4rmung kommen.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><em>Rechte Abbildung in schematischer Darstellung:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>SQOOM<span class=\"s2\"><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/span> medical Ultraschall-Penetration der drei Frequenzen:<\/em><\/p><p><em>Die Penetration des Ultraschalls wird durch die Impulsfrequenzen (in MHz) bestimmt. Dabei gilt generell: <\/em><br \/><em>Je h\u00f6her die Impulsfrequenz, desto geringer die Eindringtiefe und Tiefenwirkung. Allerdings k\u00f6nnen die oben beschriebenen <\/em><br \/><em>Sekund\u00e4reffekte im Bindegewebe auch bei h\u00f6heren Frequenzen eine betr\u00e4chtliche Fortf\u00fchrung der Energie in die Tiefe bewirken.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Der Ultraschallstab liegt mittels eines Gels direkt auf der Hautoberfl\u00e4che auf.<\/em><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span
